Q&A with Knotel’s General Counsel, Amit Khanna

“We have not been shy about making our voice heard,” said Knotel general counsel Amit Khanna in an interview with Law.com’s Corporate Counsel this week. He was talking about Knotel’s commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and participating in causes that we feel passionate about, like immigration, women’s rights and Net Neutrality.

Khanna got his start in private practice, working most recently at the law firm Fenwick & West, after which he provided legal services for companies through The Schmidt Family Foundation, created by former Google executive Eric Schmidt and his wife Wendy Schmidt. Now, he leads a legal department of four and, as Knotel expands its footprint around the world, expects he could more than double the size of his team by year’s end.
